Other drugs and Gripex Max
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.

The interaction of Gripex Max with other medicinal products is a consequence of the interaction of the active ingredients.

Paracetamol
Due to the risk of overdose, the product should not be taken concomitantly with other medicinal products that contain paracetamol.
Medicines that speed up the emptying of the stomach (eg metoclopramide) speed up the absorption of paracetamol, while medicines that slow down the emptying of the stomach (eg propantheline) can slow down the absorption of paracetamol. Concomitant use of paracetamol and MAO inhibitors, as well as administration of the product earlier than two weeks after discontinuation of these drugs, may cause agitation and fever.
Concomitant use of paracetamol and zidovudine (AZT) may potentiate the toxic effects of zidovudine on bone marrow.
Paracetamol may potentiate the effect of antithrombotic agents (coumarin derivatives). Co-administration of paracetamol with medicinal products that enhance hepatic metabolism, e.g. sleeping pills or antiepileptic drugs (eg phenobarbitap, phenytoin, carbamazepine), or rifampicin, may cause liver damage, even with the recommended doses of paracetamol. Alcohol consumption during treatment with paracetamol leads to the formation of a toxic metabolite that causes necrosis of liver cells, leading to liver failure.

Pseudoephedrine
Co-administration with albuterol may potentiate the vasoconstrictive effects. Do not use concomitantly with aminophylline and sympathomimetic agents. Concomitant use with other sympathomimetic products, e.g. drugs that reduce hyperemia, suppress appetite or psychosimulacci, similar to amphetamines, can lead to an increase in blood pressure.
Ammonium chloride prolongs the duration of the effect of pseudoephedrine. Neutralizing agents (used in the treatment of peptic ulcer disease) may increase the absorption of pseudoephedrine.
ΟΑΟ inhibitors delay the elimination of pseudoephedrine from the body. Pseudoephedrine reduces the effects of antihypertensive drugs and may affect the action of digitalis glycosides.
Do not use concomitantly with furazolidine.

Dextromethorphan
Do not use concomitantly with MAO inhibitors.
Drugs that reduce the activity of the enzyme CYP2P6. such as fluoxetine, paroxetine, quinidine, terbinafine, amiodarone, flecainide, propafenone, sertraline, bupropion, methadone, cinacalcet, haloperidol, perphenazine and thioridazine may increase the amount of dextromethorphan in the blood.

Gripex Max with food, drinks and alcohol
The absorption of the product is not significantly affected by food.

Alcohol consumption is prohibited during treatment with the medicinal product.

Pregnancy and lactation
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine. Gripex Max is contraindicated during pregnancy and lactation.

These symptoms may disappear the next day, although liver failure develops, which later manifests as a feeling of rupture in the epigastrium, recurrence of nausea and jaundice. In the event of an overdose, medical attention should be sought immediately. Treatment should be performed in a hospital setting. It is expressed in accelerating the elimination of the ingredients of the product and maintaining vital functions.
