Efizol, Efisol tab. for sucking 0.25mg / 30mg x20

Appropriate for:
Adults and children over 4 years.
Always read the package leaflet before use!

Active ingredients:
Dequalinium chloride 0.25mg and ascorbic acid 30mg

Dosage:
Apply 1 lozenge every 2-3 hours (no more than 8-10 tablets in 24 hours).
The tablets are not chewable. Half an hour after taking them you need to refrain from eating and drinking.
It is recommended to continue the treatment for 1-2 days after the complaints subside.

Warnings:
Do not take Efizol if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.

If after 5-7 days you do not feel better or your condition worsens, you should seek medical help.

Due to the lack of analgesic component in the product, its use is not appropriate in inflammatory processes accompanied by severe pain.

Co-administration with sodium polystyrene sulphonate (used to treat elevated potassium levels in the body) is likely to cause severe damage to the skin and mucous membranes, especially in the gastrointestinal tract.

If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.

The product is not suitable for use in children under 4 years of age due to the risk of the tablet getting into the airways.

Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Do this at the time of the next regular intake.
