Vitamin C content of rosehip ahead even citrus. In hip fruits contain more Vitamin P, Vitamin B1 and B2, carotene, pectin, organic acids and minerals. Recipes with Rosehip powder "Zdravnitza":
Boil 1 tbsp rosehip powder in 250 ml water. Stay for 1 hour, strain and drink as tea.
Pour 500 g of rosehip powder into 4 liters of cool, pre-boiled water. Add 1 kg sugar (or natural sweetener). To promote fermentation, you can add yeast dissolved in water. The mixture was allowed to stand in an open container (bottle or jar) at room temperature for about 20 days. Strain before use.
1 tbsp rosehip powder mixed with natural honey. Take 1 tbsp. once a day. It can be taken throughout the year. For children it is taken half a tablespoon.
