Arnica ointment is extremely useful as a remedy for external use in: bruising, spraying, dislocation, hemorrhage, ecchymosis, and hematomas, neuralgia, pre- and postoperative care, postpartum, hematomas on the head of the newborn, has a calming and healing effect in the aftermath of bruises and falls.

The use of arnica in light sprains is a very popular method of pain relief. The herb improves blood circulation, increasing the flow of nutrients to the muscles and at the same time stimulates the breakdown of certain by-products such as lactic acid, for example, secreted by trauma.

Action:

In traumas, neuralgia, after sharp tendons stretching (twisting, dislocation), helps to dissipate internal bleeding or external hematomas. It is suitable for massages and rubbing (kinesitherapy).

Usage:

Apply the required amount 2-3 times a day on the affected area and rub with a gentle massage. It is recommended that the procedure be continued until complete healing. The ointment absorbs quickly without leaving any trace.
