The Latin name of the herb is (Fructus Aronia prunifolia).
Description: Aronia is a perennial shrub with a height of 1.5 to 3 meters. In the first 3-4 years young shrubs are compact and then reach up to 2 meters in diameter. Root system is strong but branched but shallow. The overhead part of the bush consists of shoots grown from the ground floor of the stems or the rhizome. The aronia has leaves similar to cherry, obverse, with a length of 4-8 cm and 3-5 cm wide. The leaves are strongly jagged, have pointed tips and are glossy dark green on the top and whitish from the bottom. The fruit of the aronia is 1 cm in diameter and weighing 1-1.5 years
Application: Dry fruit has a well-expressed astringent, anti-inflammatory, anti-sclerotic, capillary and hypotensive effect. Suitable for hypertension, atherosclerosis, capillaryroxicosis, diabetes, thyroid and kidney disease.
Usage: 200 ml 3 times a day before meals.
Preparation: 1 tablespoon of plums sour for 10 minutes in 200 ml of boiling water.
