Pollen is the second most nutritious product from bees - it is the pollen grains from the stamens of plant colors. These are the male elements of the colors. They are differently colored from white to black - depending on the type of plants. There are two types of pollen from anemophilous and entomophilous plants. Bee pollen provides a wide range of essential nutrients: all vitamins in complex and vitamin C. They are soluble in water and should therefore be taken daily. Bee pollen also contains vitamins D, E, K and beta carotene (vitamin A). Due to its rich composition and the expressed biological effect, pollen is used as a dietary supplement for increasing the body's resistance, increasing the body's immune powers and protecting against respiratory infections. Good effect is in the absence of appetite in children, slow growth and delayed tooth extraction. It is preferred by athletes who take it for strength, energy and health. Bee pollen is considered to be completely harmless to the body. It can also be consumed in combination with honey or dissolved in water, juice or milk. Bee pollen is the richest of nutrients than all products produced by bees. Pollen also contains microelements, growth hormone and other biologically active substances. Pollen is rich in lecithin, which normalizes fat metabolism and thus helps normalize weight.
